I prepared a tartiflette with Thibaut Spiwack for the «Qu'est-ce que tu food» programme on 20 Minutes TV.

It seems that Thibaut Spiwack, the Michelin-starred chef at Anona restaurant, makes «the best tartiflette in the world», the kind you «absolutely must serve to those you love». At least, that's what he says on his Instagram account!

For the programme «Qu'est-ce que tu food» that I present on 20 Minutes TV, I challenged the former Top-Chef to prepare it for me, and he accepted. So here I am outside his restaurant with my Reblochon cheese for a lesson in tartiflette, spiced up with onions, bacon and potatoes.

And having tried it, I can confirm: this simple, no-frills tartiflette reaches new heights.
