Dancing in public to a piece by Hofesh Shechter is what the Théâtre de la Ville made possible on Saturday 25 April, when it relaunched its Festival des Places.

Last year Lilika and I danced to the Nelken Line by Pina Bausch. This time, we boldly, fiercely and passionately followed the dance lesson given by Bruno Guillore, associate artistic director of the company Hofesh Shechter, who often referred to the catwalks of Queen, the nightclub of his youth. We let off some steam during this sunny workshop on the Place du Châtelet. We had a great time and we'll definitely be back to dance at the Festival des places in mid-October. And we're sure to be back with some new videos.
